Should I lower the water or drain equipment myself?
Get advice specific to your pool and follow the relevant manufacturer instructions before changing water levels or draining equipment. A general guide cannot account for every pool, cover and equipment combination.
Can I request a repair at the same time?
Yes. Mention existing equipment or pool concerns when requesting winter service so the team can discuss them.
